Anja Schröer

Anja Schröer is the Owner and Managing Director of SCHRÖER CONSULTING.

Holding a degree in economics she has many years management experiences on the executive floor with power of procuration n international groups an medium-sized companies. She had executive positions in the human resources field as well as project management and marketing.
As Head of Human Resources she had responsibility not only in Germany but also internationally: in France, the Netherlands and UK.

Anja Schröer did her studies in Business Administration in Marburg and Cologne specialising in marketing, trade and business psychology. Futhermore she is a qualified facilitator, trainer and change management expert.
Qualifications in systemic coaching at the ifs in Essen and in working with horses at the horse expert Josef Stamm round up her profile.
