Your employees make the company successful. We make your employees successful!
Human resources development involves the systematic training and further qualification of staff and the individual encouragement of their personal development.

We develop tailor-made concepts for your human resources development and implement these concepts with your co-operation.

The main focus here is on the following themes:

• Staff appraisal
• Training and further training
• Orientation programmes
• Specialist and executive careers
• Performance management
• Management workshops

Good managers are your employees’ coaches; they assist and support staff with their work, recognise the source of problems and know how to react. They make demands on employees according to their individual situation and invest a lot of themselves in the staff. Good managers have staff that can think and act independently. Objectives are clearly defined and employees know not only what is expected of them but also where their competencies lie.
With regard to human resources development this means that managers must be involved in the development of concepts and given clear information about what is expected of them.

The appraisal interview forms the basis for human resources development. In this interview the employees and managers exchange views and assess the employee’s situation and working relationship. Behaviour, competencies and the previous year’s targets are reviewed and new targets defined for the following year.
The employee and the manager discuss the personal development needs of the employee and work out measures for meeting these needs. The employee’s career requirements and possibilities are also discussed in the interview.
Internal training describes a well-structured training concept which is geared towards the requirements of the company with specific preparation and follow-up work on the qualifying measures. It is important that training courses and workshops are used to draw up action plans to ensure that the knowledge acquired is implemented in practice. Managers who support the employees in this task are fulfilling an important precondition for employee development.

Management and specialist junior employees: In every company there are employees with the potential and determination to develop a career for themselves as specialists or managers.
These employees are often the drivers of a company. They draw their motivation from the interesting tasks to which they have been assigned and from the fact that they can develop personally.
It is therefore important to identify these employees and to provide them with the necessary encouragement.
Support can be provided through individual and general measures provided by the company for its employees.
