Horses are perfect training partners, because they only evaluate people on the basis of what they perceive.
They thus reflect the behaviour of people with great clarity.Horses react very sensitively, always authentically, directly and without prejudice.

Examples of topics that can be developed with the horse:

• Clarity of body language

• Purposefulness
• Overcoming fear
• Trust
• Calmness and strength
• Closeness and distance

At the start of the coaching we define your objectives. You will also get an introduction into working with the horse as trainingspartner. Here already a few important aspects: You do not need any know how about horses, the whole session will be done on the ground, so no riding at all.
After having defined the objectives, we will go to the stable and work with the horse. We round up the coaching with a reflexion of the session and a transfer into practice.

Management training with horses
The use of experiential pedagogical measures and team training in the development of personality and management skills is a long-standing tradition. With this approach it is possible to achieve in-depth stimulation when reflecting on personal conduct, characteristics and the individual behavioural role. Mental limitations and blockages as well as the peculiarities of personal interaction can be recognised and dealt with.
Through the use of a horse as a mediator, experiential learning achieves exceptionally long sustainability. The immediate experience of participant-activated behavioural exercises, analysis and modification of behaviour and the success of the change both for the individual personally and for the other participants, strengthen the learning process and are convincing when transferred unconditionally into practical application.
Leadership and team behaviour – experienced with horses – causes ingrained patterns to disappear and offers an insight into fundamental inner images.
